You look like you've seen a ghost! - White Foundation Lesson

So in today's lesson we started to practice how to apply white foundation and how the different types of foundations would feel when applying it to the skin. Working in a group of three, I had been attacked with three different white foundation on my face. So knowing how it felt on my skin, helped me apply it better on Annabel's face.

I started SupraColour palette and selected the white paint: Below are the final results.

I really liked the results for this product. It had a nicely blended on the face with our foundation brush. It doesn't show any of the natural skin colour under and gives good coverage. After we buffed the skin with our kabuki brush, it still looked well covered. You wouldn't need to add extra layers to this.

The second paint we used from palette Kryolan Aqua Colour and selected the white paint: This was the results. I felt like it was hard to get on the brush even when we had added water. It was also very streaky and left brush strokes on the face. This would not be a good product to use for Elizabethan look.

The final product we used illamasqua skin base. It had a similar outcome to the Supracolour base. It was a lot thinner than the other two and wouldn't feel like it was blocking the pores in the skin. It was easy to apply to the skin but because it was't heavy, it did start to show parts of the skin.
