Contouring the face

In todays lesson we practised contouring: 

You start of by cleaning the face with Cleanser, Toner and Moisturiser. Apply a suitable primer to the face that is suitable to the models face skin type. Then you colour match by testing a few different shades of foundation till you find the right one.

Apply the foundation and then start contouring the face. With a contour brush I dabbed it into our concelar kit. We picked a shade that was couple shades darker. 

Then gently applied it under the cheek bones, to find where to place it you get your thumbs and feel where your models cheekbones are. 

I didn't want to apply to much to the models face because she had a light skin tone and if too much was applied she would look too orange.
